Recruiter of the Month: June 2012

Toronto, June 2012
Roberta Scodeller

Roberta has proven herself knowledgeable in all that it takes to be an industry leader.  Candidates trust and respect her on every level of service that she continuously provides.  She always brings a smile to the work place each and every day.  She truly is a professional and Zylog is proud to count her as a member of its family.

Ottawa, June 2012
Yvonne Robinson
Yvonne goes back to back!  How is she doing it? Focus, dedication and perseverance!  With her success rate down and morale lagging in tow, Yvonne decided to take hold of her own success this spring and did one simple thing: she committed to working on active priority orders.  It seems obvious for a Resource Manager, but in the busy ever changing life of a seasoned RM, finding time to recruit is sometimes a challenge, so she committed to working a few extra hours a few evenings a week and focused on searching.  And the numbers don't lie, for the second month in a row, she has had the best overall activity and the most wins in the Ottawa office.  Kudos Yvonne!
