Congratulations Linda on being the Recruiter of the Month!  A well deserved recognition for all of Linda’s hard work, recent closes and extra efforts.  Linda always goes above and beyond to help her colleagues by being a mentor and a coach who always gives 100% and does it with a smile.   On top of her vast knowledge on Government proposals and client history, she is also the true definition of a team player.  Great work Linda!

Congratulations to Jeremy who has won Resource Manager of the month for September with 6 new starts, including breaking into the Giant Tiger account and also filling positions at IKEA with very quick turnaround. While working hard on Ottawa orders Jeremy also pitched in to help with Microsoft orders in Toronto and his candidate received an offer to start in October!  Jeremy is a true team player, and always willing to help out with a positive attitude.  Great work Jeremy!

August marks the month of tremendous contribution from two individuals and the title for this month goes to Erin Kelly and Lesley Latham, Team Leads of Recruiting. Erin and Lesley have demonstrated their commitment to Zylog in their roles by taking on the additional responsibility of leading teams within Recruiting. They have both stepped up to the challenge and are willing to take on anything that comes their way. Lesley and Erin wear many different hats and contribute in many different ways and have still managed to win new business and successfully leverage existing. Over the last couple of months, the Ottawa recruiting team has had many successes and many of them would not have been possible without the hard work and leadership of both Erin and Lesley.

Andrew has come and hit the ground running at an amazing pace.  He has shown exceptional skills across multiple staffing platforms such as engineering and IT, where he has been placing roles like a true senior representative. Andrew has built very strong relationships with the consultants as well as with the clients. He is all about helping his fellow co-worker in the true spirit of team work. Well done Andrew!

Erica Krell

Although Erica has only been with Recruiting since April of this year, in that brief time she has developed into an phenomenal recruiter closing four positions with one of Canada’s Top Banks, amidst much competition!  Her focus, work ethic, and diligence are an encouraging example to everyone; she quietly leads through her consistent hard work and has quickly become a valuable element of our organization.  Congratulations on being chosen ‘Recruiter of the Month’ for July 2012-recognition well deserved!

Yvonne goes back to back!  How is she doing it? Focus, dedication and perseverance!  With her success rate down and morale lagging in tow, Yvonne decided to take hold of her own success this spring and did one simple thing: she committed to working on active priority orders.  It seems obvious for a Resource Manager, but in the busy ever changing life of a seasoned RM, finding time to recruit is sometimes a challenge, so she committed to working a few extra hours a few evenings a week and focused on searching.  And the numbers don't lie, for the second month in a row, she has had the best overall activity and the most wins in the Ottawa office.  Kudos Yvonne!

Thanks to Heta’s work ethics and professionalism, she has quickly transitioned from a Junior Recruiter to an experienced and valued recruiter in a very short period of time. Heta has been integral to the recruiting department’s success by contributing every month with closes and helping her colleagues. Heta has mentored and worked very closely with the new recruiting sources, and they have achieved their first few success stories in the early stages of the program. By going above and beyond her recruiting responsibilities, Heta has also excelled when called upon to fill in as acting Team Lead, and has been up to the task with any challenge that has come her way.
