Zylog Canada will host ITIL® 2011 Foundation Certification Training comprised of virtual classroom sessions on June 11th, 13th, 19th, 21st, and June 23rd, 2012.

“The ITIL® 2011 Foundation course is the entry level certification course for IT Service Management Best Practices training in ITIL”1. Zylog Systems (Canada) Ltd (“Zylog Canada”) will provide interested participants with access to the virtual classes  on June 11th, 13th, 19th, 21st from 6:00pm to 9:30pm, and on June 23rd, 2012 from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 3:00pm.  The training will be provided by Knowledge United Canada, a Quint Wellington Redwood company and ITIL® Authorized Training Organization.

“The ITIL® Foundation course introduces the principles and core elements of IT service management (ITSM) based on ITIL®. ITIL® is comprised of five core publications: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations and Continual Service Improvement, promoting alignment with the business as well as improving operational efficiency”1. For the convenience of all participants this program will be delivered remotely over the internet, via a live instructor.  All students will receive a hard copy of the student manual prior to training (those registering after June 4th, may be required to pick up their student manuals at a Toronto or Ottawa Zylog location).  The cost also includes an exam voucher that will allow the student to contact Zylog Canada to schedule a date/time to take the one hour proctored exam at the Ottawa or Toronto Zylog locations.

Students interested in the ITIL® 2011 Foundation Certification course can register by providing name, shipping address for student manual, email address and telephone number to Workshops.Toronto@Zylog.ca. Once a student is registered for the course (registration deadline is June 4th, 2012) at the discounted price of $796 plus tax, instead of the retail price of $1,695 plus tax (more than 53% discount), he/she will be sent a registration form to complete, sign and return. This incredible opportunity is the result of a successful collaboration between Knowledge United Canada and Zylog Canada. Registration numbers are limited so students are encouraged to subscribe while seats last.
