Ginger’s career spans three industries and extends from the shop floor to the executive suite.
Currently, Ginger is accountable for meeting the staffing requirements of Unisys Global Managed Services organization in a way that targeted competency requirements are met within quality, time, and cost parameters. Her business insight, together with market and process understanding are key to her success in guiding managers and candidates through the staffing process. Skilled in handling organizational change and tackling shifting business priorities, Ginger has served in leadership and individual contributor roles.
She has worked across regions /divisions while hiring entry-executive talent. This has included program management accountability. Ginger has been instrumental in designing/implementing multi-year staffing programs. An alumnus of Wheaton College, Ginger holds a graduate degree from Purdue University.
