On February 17, 2010 Zylog Systems (Canada) ltd completed an asset purchase agreement with Brainhunter and other related entities whereby Brainhunter and such other entities agreed to sell, transfer and assign certain assets, including contracts, to Zylog Canada.
Since the asset purchase agreement in February, Zylog Systems (Canada) Ltd has consistently posted profitable monthly earnings, even as the organizations consolidated operations and completed transition to establish a solid foundation poised for future growth.
