Stefany brings to the table amazing energy and a true dedication to her work.  She goes above and beyond what is required in her role and provides consultants a truly amazing experience.  She is the first to take on special projects for the company, which elevates us in becoming number one in the industry.

Robert Lee

Robert is a team player and the first to jump in and help out a colleague.  He has strong skills that he brings to the table and that he shares with his fellow workers to help them become better in their role. He cares about the consultants he works with and is willing to go the distance to ensure they are taken care of.

March

Dharshi Pararaj

Dharshi is a senior level resource manager that month over month produces at a senior level.  With 6 net new starts Dharshi proves that she is someone that understands our consultants and clients.  She is an amazing team player that will always dive in to help out a fellow co-worker and is always willing to take the time to listen.

Jim Thomas

Jim brings his ‘A’ level game/experience to the Zylog floor on an ongoing base.  With 4 net new hires in the month of March he has proven that he fits in well with the Zylog family. He has gained the respect of all of his colleagues by helping them in their day to day roles.  With his strong skills in breaking down clients needs/wants Jim can systematically identify the correct resource for the solution.
