Schuler has held executive level roles in sales, business development, purchasing and product management and is noted for his contributions at Service Electronics (1993-2004) as they transformed from an $18 million dollar service parts supplier to enterprise PC service providers, to becoming one of the largest consumer PC parts provider and reverse logistics center for OEMs, retailers and TPAs with annual revenues in excess of $105 million.

Schuler has a long history of industry accomplishments including four national trade-in programs for Apple (2), Dell and CompUSA and shared revenue programs for Compaq and Dell, which significantly impacted the net recovery value on returned products for his OEM clients from 10% of original cost to over 50% in just two years. Schuler is a double national award winner for the U.S. Jaycees (Upson – ‘88, Dunagan – ’89) and has served on the Executive Council for CompTIA’s IT Services and Support Community (ITSS) since 2004, where he currently serves as the ITSS Vice Chairman. Schuler was also the recipient of CompTIA’s Industry Award in 2008.
